Eastern Building Group was established in 1998 by two identities in the building industry: George Skrembos and Danny Scinto, who are both hands-on operators in the business. Today, the company is a South Australian success story in residential, commercial and industrial building.

The group builds around 150–200 homes annually, and has built 15 child care centres over the past five years. Other specialties are retirement villages, medium-density housing and industrial developments. The company prides itself on its reputation for working collaboratively with local councils, and delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
